This is a very special version of the General Grant Dodge Charger. Just a few were finished in matt white, it was a promotional item available to Pioneer Dealers in larger trade packs of the P095 'Shady Black' General Grant model.

The special box sleeve art also has the 'Dealer Special' sticker applied to front of box.
